Client Obligations

Once the customer’s guests are inside the vehicle, the customer is fully responsible for their safety. Limoproms.com disclaims any liability for accidents or injuries that may occur before, during, or after a reservation, whether they occur on the bus or not.

Criminal Behavior Policy

We explicitly forbid all infractions of the law on board any of our vehicles. If any criminal activity, such as underage drinking or drug use, inappropriate touching, or harassment, is suspected, we will work closely with the appropriate authorities to investigate and bring those responsible to justice. See Page Two for extra details.

Refunds and Deposits

Deposits of no less than one-third of the total reservation amount are required to confirm reservations in our system. Our organization reserves the right to reschedule the reservation without this deposit. Once the deposit is received, the reservation is considered final and binding on both sides.
All deposits are non-refundable unless the reservation is canceled by the hotel. The client must give notice of cancellation at least seventy-two hours before the scheduled pick-up time. If the customer does not provide this notice, Limoproms.com is permitted to charge the client’s credit card on file for the entire amount of the reservation.

Expenses for Extra Time and Accidental Damage

The rental duration kicks off at the agreed-upon pick-up time. The moment the customer enters the car will be recorded as the pick-up time if the driver is late. The scheduled pick-up time will not be adjusted if the client is running late.
The client will be charged at a half-hourly rate for any additional time the car is kept. Customers agree to have Limoproms.com charge their credit card on file for any additional costs incurred as a result of overtime by signing the credit card authorization form.
All vehicle damage is the sole responsibility of the client. All associated expenses, such as shipping and labor, are included in this total.

The Policy of Zero Tolerance

Limoproms.com will adhere fully to State and Federal Laws, and we have a zero-tolerance policy regarding the consumption or usage of alcoholic beverages by anyone under the age of twenty-one. In the United States, police can legally stop and search any moving car for any reason. A local government agency may confiscate and forfeit the vehicle if any number of illegal substances are found inside, regardless of whether or not the chauffeurs knew about their presence. This policy is being strictly enforced by all law enforcement agencies.
Because of this, nobody will ever try to smuggle illegal substances into any of the cars owned or operated by Limoproms.com. No alcoholic beverages of any kind may be consumed by anybody under the age of 21. The chauffeur is within his or her rights to inspect any baggage brought to the car for contraband. The chauffeur has the authority to leave the customer immediately and end the service without any returns if he discovers any illegal substances. The full amount due under the contract remains the client’s responsibility.

Stolen or Disappeared Items

Neither the driver nor Limoproms.com will be held liable for any items left in the car or misplaced by a customer. The return of misplaced products may incur a delivery cost from Limoproms.com. The buyer of this agreement is liable for any property lost or damaged by the purchaser’s invited guests.
Limoproms.com reserves the right to immediately cancel service upon finding a violation of any of the foregoing policies, and upon such termination, Limoproms.com shall be relieved of any further duties to the client under this Agreement.

Accidental Breakdown of a vehicle or Mechanical Fault

Although Limoproms.com provides state-of-the-art vehicles, they are not indestructible and could malfunction for a short period if subjected to extreme temperatures or frequent, heavy use of any electrical features. Since this in no way compromises the vehicle’s safety, it will not have any bearing on the remainder of the journey or the price that was agreed upon. In the event of an unexpected circumstance, we reserve the right to upgrade or swap vehicles. The client need not worry about any hidden fees. There will be no impact on the contract and/or payment if a customer upgrades or switches within the same category. As a result, if the contracted vehicles become unavailable for any reason, the customers understand and agree that replacement vehicles may be substituted.

Regulations and Safety

Limoproms.com is a legitimate business that complies with all New York statutes and rules. Limoproms.com only hires people who have the proper credentials and expertise in the industry. Each new hire undergoes a thorough investigation of their past with the company.
Above and beyond what is required by law, Limoproms.com insures all of its vehicles. To guarantee the security of our customers, we inspect each car before each service.

Security Policy

Limoproms.com recognizes the importance you have of protecting the confidentiality of your personal information and we treat it with the utmost respect. The information we collect is used solely to tell you more about our excellent goods and services. This policy governs the handling of all personally identifiable information.

We will only use the information we collect about you privately and will never disclose it to anybody who is not part of our company or its affiliates, except as described in this Policy. If you provide us with your contact information, we may call, email, or mail you in the future to check in on how things went and let you know about any deals we’re offering.

By providing us with your contact details (email, phone number, and postal address), you are granting us permission to add you to our marketing and promotional lists, which may include, but are not limited to, marketing via text message and email. Rates for texting and using data may apply.

Distribution Procedures

Neither the driver nor Limoproms.com will be held liable for any items left in the car or misplaced by a customer. Limoproms.com may, at its discretion, impose a shipping cost on customers in the event that a lost item is recovered.
The buyer under this agreement is liable for any damage caused by their guests. If Limoproms.com determines that any of the aforementioned policies have been broken, it may immediately discontinue service to the customer and be relieved of all further responsibility under the agreement.
